Tom is nominated for the BAFTA's Rising Star Award, and Showbizz411 has a video about it. There is also a small article from obsessedwithfil.com, and you can read it below.
Despite playing a Star Trek villain nine years ago in a major Paramount film production and who this time last year SURELY should have been nominated (hell, he could have been Oscar shortlisted) for his lead role in Bronson – British actor Tom Hardy leads the shortlist of nominations for The Orange Wednesday Rising Star Award, described as “a unique BAFTA, in that the winner is voted for by the public”.
Hardy, whose flamboyant role in Inception, I guess, has finally caught the radar of Orange, is joined by new Spider-Man co-stars Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) and Emma Stone (Easy A), Kick-Ass and Nowhere Boy actor Aaron Johnson and Brit beauty Gemma Arterton.
